The palm hotel is perfect if you like lime green, bad food, easy access to drug dealers, snippy staff & noise. Have fun!

This hotel is situated well enough in the center of town; you can walk to Bay Street, US Embassy, McDonald's, easy. It's by the main road which makes transportation accessible. Clean enough hotels - lobby, main areas. Hospitality is average to above average. The elevator works a bit slow. Rooms are quite acceptable, has a small refrigerator, no microwave, clean bathroom. Overall, quite ok, except for a mandatory $10/per person/day fee for maid service, etc. I would rather they incorporate that in the main fee, that way they do not inadvertently market themselves lower in value, which for me is a bit misleading.

This hotel is a budget hotel. The property is extremely old and in need of complete updating. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small, with tiny bathrooms. Onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was very tasty, however, service is extremely slow. The hotel is located across the street from a public beach, within walking distance to downtown shopping (Straw Market) and dining. The famous Fish Fry eateries are also within walking distance. My overall experience with this hotel was fair to good. I would only stay at this hotel again if I was traveling with a small budget. This hotel is good only if you are interested in a cheap hotel without many amenities.

Beautiful facility but be aware there are quite a few extra charges not covered in your room cost.

I hated to stay in this hotel. When we reached, we had to wait over an hour before we could check in. Staff is not at all courteous and helpful, my room was not clean enough, the AC was not working. I asked for change of room or someone to fix AC to no avail. The resort doesn't offer much, even the chairs on beach were not provided with umbrellas. The towels hut were always out of towels. The resort fee of $15 a day per person was not worth it because it had nothing to offer. Very bad experience. We are glad we end up spending most of our time at Atlantis to make us feel better. Wyndham is big no for future.

Being off season the hotel was only 50 percent full, and was way overpriced. Above that, can get away with a resort fee just because its considered a resort. This hotel and resort do not belong in one sentence.

Beautiful hotel. Not such a great neighborhood as it is away from everything. The rooms are very nicely appointed. There was only one elevator in service so there was a lot of walking to do to get back and forth from the room.

Modern hotel with tons of amenities. Beach is beautiful and convenient. Food is great. loads of activities for family. If you don't want the craziness that paradise island can be, stay here.

The front desk was very helpful and faxed my document for me free! I like that Starbuck's was available in the rooms. Not sure I like the automatic bellboy charge and $15/day maid service; but then the airlines have increased their prices too. The rooms were clean and though large I found easy access to the beach outside. I think the café could have lowered their prices, hence gotten more business. Coffee was overpriced.
