Room and laundry services are provided, as well as parking for those arriving by car. The hotel offers a modern, comfortably designed meeting room which is divided into 2 sections. An adjacent foyer is ideal for receptions or private luncheons. A small intimate room is also available for boardroom-style meetings for up to 10 people, while the tropically-landscaped pool deck area can be utilized for evening functions. The meeting room is equipped with individual controls for air conditioning, and multiple 110V power points. A podium, pads, pens, pencils and a flipchart are provided free of charge by the hotel. Audio-visual equipment, floral designs, entertainment and photographers are provided for events by local suppliers and can be arranged through the hotel. The hotel will co-ordinate catering arrangements for receptions and meal functions as required.
