Not enough tables for breakfast, we had to wait for a table to become empty. Breakfast was very basic. No fresh fruit or yoghurt and on 2 occasions no croissants.

We were quite disappointed with this hotel. It was very cold. The room was very old style and very dusty. We did not feel comfortable in the room. The quilt cover was dirty. The breakfast was very basic. The location was quite good as it was near the train station. We would not recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic place! Beautiful facility, quiet, comfortable room, wonderful breakfast in a beautiful terrace setting filled with greenery, and an excellent host that will bend over backwards to take care of you. Great location within walking distance of the Quay, Opera House, etc. Whole-heartedly recommend staying here!

Not crazy about the place, bathroom was very tiny, we had two rooms booked, one was completely different from the other as far as size, one had a fireplace the other did not, one had a balcony again the other did not, and they were far apart from each other. Would not stay again, the location was a little dicey at night, being in what they consider the red light district. The manager was friendly and helpful.
