good hotel, but bad elevator : noisy and no delicate

The 24hr room service is questionable. Be prepared to ring atleast 4 or 5 times. Maybe i just caught the night porter on a bad night though.

this hotel is very updated. very clean. very comfortable for a hotel in this price. next time i go to sydney again for sure i will go back to vibe hotel ~~ very recommended ...

The service was great, staff was always friendly. Excellent value for money. clean bedrooms with comfy bed. I would not hesitate in going back there again.

We had high expectations of this hotel and they were dashed not long after arriving! We arrived at 7.30am after long overnight flight. We were told our room wouldn't be ready til 2.00pm but they would try and sort it out sooner. The only place to sit was in reception area, we weren't offered tea/coffee/water whilst we waited. We were told the bar would be open shortly if we wanted a drink. We decided to go out for a walk and returned at 11.45 the room still wasn't ready. At 12.45 our room was available. Reception offered to take our luggage to our room-it appeared an hour later. We updraded our room in this hotel and whilst the size of the room was excellent noise from the traffic outside was considerable. Little things like the telephone not being close to the bed was an irritation particularly with the time difference and family ringing from home in the middle of the night. We reported a problem with our TV 3 times before anyone came to resolve it. We asked a memeber of staff at reception on 3 different occasions for directions/information on each occasion we were given the wrong directions/info. It appreared that the reception staff only knew the basics about local tourist info. We particularly booked this hotel because it had a 'roof top' swimming pool, it was roof top but it is stretching the defintiion of swimming pool-it is very small -more of an oversized plunge pool. It was very well placed for entertainment/public transport-but we found out much of this ourselves, there wasn't a huge amount of info avalable in the hotel. The staff were friendly but customer service was poor. We wouldn't use the hotel again

Great room service breakfast in terms of range and quality. It was probably the best I have had. There was something that was a little noisy through the night. I wasn't sure if it was the lift or the air conditioning outside my room.

We had an excellent stay at the Vibe, which we found to be well furnished and decorated and very central for the City Centre, all the sights and the transport network. The room we stayed in was a shade on the small side for three adults, but acceptable. The only minor complaint that we had was about the cost of breakfasts, but that said we'd just come from the States where the breakfasts are very cheap, so this is not perhaps a fair comparison. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Service and facilities were great. Rooms good for price. Hotel paid for our taxi because our airport bus was late. Highly recommended

My son and I had a great stay at Sydney Vibe, he enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool at night under the lights of the city skyline, a wonderful experience. A great location within easy walking distance to public transport and city sights.

Was good for what I needed. Well priced
