This hotel is convenient for people to Darling Harbour and Opera House. Only need to take 10 minutes by walking to reach there. The room size is enough for family staying.

I was there in June of 2005. My booking company did a great job of putting together my package. I feel very strongly, I got my monies worth. Great walking location to the Parliment, Sydney Bridge, Opera House, The Rocks & Quay. All with-in walking distance.

Disappointed Hotel car park was full, directed to park in car park a block away in an underground tunnel, had to carry all luggage to car on vacating the room, found staff not at all helpful, then paid $91 for parking after 2 nights accomodation

sacrificing view for convenience & accessibility to CBD/city attractions, all within easy or comfortable wallking distance, public transpo & trains in close proximity to hotel, good service & overall; good value for money for the budget conscious like us.

The Travelodge Wynyard was a nice, clean hotel. Great location!! Just a 10 min walk to Sydney Harbour (cruises, Opera House, etc..). Great view from our room of Sydney Tower! Restaurant on site. Had very nice selection of food (we had breakfast each day). Good variety of hot/cold items.

Good hotel, does exactly what it should do - cheap affordable accomodation in modern rooms which are functional and clean. Good location as well, and the staff are very friendly.

Great Place. Was there in the fall of 06. My travel agent put me there. Everything (Opera House, Shopping) is within walking distance and a train station just down the street. A great breakfast every morning. I was out all night and never had problem walking back to this place. Felt very safe.

I'm a Sydney travel agent and I do a lot of inbound travel. I've sent a good number of clients to the Corus Sydney, the feedback I got was always very good. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to some of Sydney's greatest tourist attractions: the Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Rocks, Circular Quay. Most other hotels in the area are in the 5 star range and way above in price so I think the Corus is really good value. There's easy access to public transport with Wynyard station just at the door and numerous buses running along York street. The least convincing in my mind is the uninspiring breakfast room. I'd rather take a 5mn walk and have my breakfast along the water's edge - the bay of Sydney is soooo spectacular!

The front desk staff were very helpful in allowing us to check in early and looked after our luggage until our room was available. Check out was quick & easy. More tea & coffee would have been good.
