excellent studio apartment in central location- shame about the rather erratic housekeeping and skimpy wardrobe space.

Stayed here with wife and four kids. Terrific layout of suite. Elegant, yet functional; private quarters in a terrific location. Staff was outstanding; would definitely stay here again.

Very central. Two bedroom apartment was very spacious. Ideal inner city accomodation for families.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location. Their pool and sauna facilities (outdoor, rooftop) are amazing. We were traveling as a family of five adults and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. Rooms are spacious and laundry facilities are in your unit. If there is a negative side it would be the extra charges for internet (seemed a bit high), coffee in the lobby which appears to be complimentary but is not, roll away cot (which is usually complimentary) etc. So in all it is a great place to stay, however, be prepared for extra charges for things that would normally be included at other hotels. We stayed a total of 3 nights. Grocery shopping near the hotel is a little expensive.

The York is in a perfect location, accommadation, clean, spacious, staff very helpfull and friendly. Fantastic view of the brige approach from our balcony. We hope to go back to Sydney again and will certainly book the York again.

Loved it - the standard rooms were massive. Bathrooms were big. Balconies were fantastic. The location was ideal for where we wanted to go. Definitely would stay here again!

An excellent Hotel. I am a frequent traveller and I will use this hotel as my favourite base from now on.

The 2 b'room apartment was perfect for our needs as family of 4 with a few days in Sydney; very clean, comfortable, spacious enough to relax at end of day and prepare some of our own meals. Great location to walk to all city attractions and transport to other areas.

Great location if you want to be close to The Rocks, room was big and very modern. If you want a harbour view, request rooms 4 - 6 on levels higher than 12.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was spacious even luxurious. Good for a family to stay in, staff were courteous and helpful. Our rooms in the hotel overlooked the Harbour Bridge entry so had traffic noise all day and night, picturesque night views however from 16th floor balcony. On Friday night the church bells ring for over an hour! The bathroom next to the main bedroom was extremely small and the shower door opened out compromising the space. The BEDS were some of the worst - most uncomfortable I have encountered. The mattress was dipped in the middle and on a hard wooden base making sleep extremely difficult. Not suited for people who want to relax in their hotel, more for families who are out and about.
