The meal in the bistro downstairs left a little to be desired but on the whole our stay was enjoyable. Thank you.

Even though we booked into a 'superior' room, it was VERY small. Disappointing. I would have hated to have had booked into a standard room! The check in staff need to be trained in efficiency as both check in and check out was very slow and a bit of a shambles. Check in girl could have been bit more welcoming. Some lessons in smiling may help in the future.
