We loved our stay at the Sheraton On the Park in Sydney It was a bit above our usual price range for business accommodation but there were very few rooms available at that time in Sydney in lower priced hotels. ( We were very glad) The staff were so accommodating, the complimentary breafast was amazing. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. The accommodation was top of the line. We travelled elsewhere in Australia & rebooked our last night in Australia at the Sheraton On The Park. Our experience at the Sheraton On the Park made our first trip to Australia ( & our 40th wedding anniversary) truly memorable. Your truly Janet & Marc Cote

Definitely a quality Hotel. Only disappointment was the Times restaurant which turned an expensive piece of steak into a piece of leather by severely over cooking - despite asking for medium / medium rare. Apparently the restaurant contracts to the hotel. I will stay again, but give that restaurant a miss.

Me and my family stayed there and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The interiors were nice but if you looked closely at the bathrooms, tub is filthy, towels are tattered, amenities are basic. Not your typical five star hotel. Most of all, most of the staff were inconsiderate and rude to Asians. This is the only hotel that we felt we were second class citizens. Complained to the manager but of course, we were not hear. I really regret being in this hotel. We paid so much to experience such horrible treatment.

Rooms were a little small and the view was not vey good, but the service was great. Breakfast included was very good value.
