Very good stop over between Lord Howe and England with being so close to The Rocks, harbour and for traveling to the airport. Thanks for your friendliness and help to arrange for a taxi. Hope to see you again when passing Sydney. Regards, Matthew and Narelle, Devon, UK

Excellent location & stay The Rendezvous in the Rocks has it all -- nice location, great views and interesting hotel overall. It is located in the heart of the Rocks, but offset far enough from George Street to be blessfully quiet. Perhaps the best stay I’ve had in my 10th trip to Sydney. Traveler's tip on dining Check out the Bakery/cafe just south of the Hotel, down the stairs. Delicious! And friendly counter folk to boot.

Ideally situated for Circular Quay just 4 minutes walk away. The pool was rather small and in a cramped location. Reception staff did not seem prepared to extend themselves to satisfy, although theydid allow us early entry to our room on arrival.

well, it’s hard to say, good or not good The location is so good. In the room, very comfortable, nice space! But air conditioning system was not good at that time. Bbecause, in the morning, I wake up by the smell like fried food and strong smell. Maybe from the next door? Traveler's tip on local attractions The location is so good! Easy to walk to shopping, Opera House, bridge, market, nice restrants ,nightlife and the stasion.

The Rocks loccation is the best Even though we could have found less expensive accomodations in other parts of the city, being in "The Rocks" was ideal. Walking distance to the Opera House, the Bridge, the Ferries and the Trains. We walked to Darling Harbor as well. There are great restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with the basics. Traveler's tip on dining Go to the Pony Lounge, less than a block away for a fantastic dinner and great service. We went back for another dinner it was so good.

This hotel is very close, about one block, to the circular quay area of Sydney. The Sydney Opera House, waterfront, ferries, trains, buses, souvenir shopping, tourist information and tours are all in this area. There are many places for dining there also. A short 3-5 minute walk will get you there. The hotel is right in the quaint historic section called the "Rocks" with many attractions and shopping. The large weekend craft market is one block away also. The hotel has self-service laundry facilities, a gym and a pool. It is not a large hotel on a quiet street. The rooms have fully equipped kitchenettes with refrigerators and stoves and some rooms have generous balconies. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There also is a breakfast available.
