Nice Hotel, situated in a relatively central location and accessible by train from the Airport. You need to stop off at Wynyard. Check in staff friendly and helpful, but Concierge not that attentative. Fitness Centre was great and included in your room rate, unlike other Hotels on my travels. My Deluxe room was immaculate and the only negative point was if you wanted to watch a film, you had to pay for it and with the price charged for the room, it should be included. All in all a pleasant stay, but there maybe Hotels of better value.

Quite a nice hotel, however we were firstly put in a room that wasn't the size that we booked, then we were told that they would just unzip the bed to make 2 beds. it wasn't until we pressed the point that we had booked a room with 2 double beds that they put us in a suitable room. Rooms were very small for what was paid.... in the description of the room we booked it was implied that you could fit 4 people in the room, this was not so.

We stayed on a high floor over New Years Eve. As such we were price gouged. However the medium sized room was very nice. Well kept, clean, and comfortable. We had a small balcony which was nice, though not much of a view. Upon...

Recently stayed here for a weekend. Good inner city location and the staff were really helpful with suggestions of things to see and do. No trouble walking anywhere. Very quiet and big room, plenty of space for two and the bathroom was also quite large. A lot of choice for breakfast (included in the price). A fair price with good friendly down to earth service. Definitely stay there again. Better than others I've stayed at in Sydney. There is also a pool and gym but didn’t have time to use it.

It was very disappointing that despite Radisson's worldwide campaign for free internet access a cost of ~25 AUD/per day was charged. The rate applicable for weekly internet-access is almost double the rate of benchmark hotels in Sydney.
