Very Clean basic Hotel but does have some cooking facilities which is good. It is right at the corner of China Town and there are no views to speak of, however it is very centrally located and is within easy walking distance to Paddy's Market, The chinese garden and the Ferries. there is no shortage of restaurants in the area and there is a supermarket nearby. It has a small staff and found them friendly and helpful. I would only recommend it if you were going to a convention or something of that nature. I would not like to holiday there as the view is not uplifting.

We were booked in for FIVE DAYS and the room we received was disgusting, we looked at a brick wall, could not open the window as air conditioning unit right there so noise was terrible. We questioned about our room and were told it was a quiet room that we had been given as we were staying for five days. It would have been okay to spend one or two nights in that room but not five. Also our bed kept collapsing every night, spoke to receiption and had maintenance come up on the third day to apparently fix the bed, again that night about 11p.m. the slats fell through the frame again. We would not recomment anyone to stay at this hotel at all. We had booked four months in advance and paid for the room but were still treated like second class citizens. We had previous stayed at Quest on William in Melbourne and were treated with respect and consideration. We look forward to your comments, Owen & Kristine K.

This is a fantastic location if you are attending something at the Sydney Convention centre or Exhibition Centre. We needed a place close as my elderly mother was staying with us. The Quest is not cheap and facilities and service are okay but for convenience, it would be hard to beat. We were ripped off by the airport shuttle though.

Good location, only a few minutes walking to harbour side. Next to MonoRail station. Good service overall. The only problem is not all room has washing machine which I expected to have in an service apartment.

Re Housekeeping - please match the number of towells to the number of quests in the room.

It is a nice hotel but it is ruined by rude and unhelpful staff. I would not stay there again unless I could be sure that the staff had learnt some manners. I was very polite but they were quite unreasonable and uncooperative. They were interested in their own arrangements rather than guests.
