The hotel is in an excellent location with the most wonderful veiws of sydney harbour bridge & opera house. The kitchen & lounge room were smaller than i expected for a 2 bed room apartment. The service was excellent as always. This is my third visit i will return as the location is perfect.

The rooms are getting a little tired, the staff are good, the parking is a bit expensive($26/day)the mini bar prices are also a bit expensive-my thoughts are, that if they were a bit cheaper, the hotel would sell a lot more.....but what would I know !!Overall it was a good experience, fabulous views of the harbour etc,& cleaning staff very helpfull......

The room was fabulous and even though it was 'city view' we could still see the harbour bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really central location for all the sights of Sydney. Thouroughly recommend it. We wanted to move in permanently!

We stayed in Quay West Hotel for 7 nights, in the appartments section. The appartment was clean, well prepared and fully equipped on arrival, except for a couple of items "the iron was broken, the kettle sometimes worked and sometimes didn't, and one of the table lamps was out of order and was not replaced although we informed the reception about it". But to be honest, it was a nice clean comfortable safe place to stay at, with a convenient location, being walking distance from Sydney Harbor, one of the places i enjoyed most in Sydney . The staff were also polite and helpful in all way, regarding tour arrangments and transportaion. At the end,,i would recommend Quay West Hotel,,and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again."

Our room a 2 bedroom suite was agreat for the view of the Opera house and of the Sydney Bridge and the harbour at Circular Quay. However the rooms are tired and ours was not very clean, needel's left on bathroom floor, mould in shower with grout missing from various places. No tea towels provoed upon arrival. No decent food from this supposidly 5* hotel on a Sunday apart from the 24hrs menu, which was like the hotel rooms tired. The coat of $555 per night did not justify the quality of the accommodation nor reflected in the service. We were also charged twice for a bottle of sparkling wine from the mini bar. Whic was used on the first night and never replaced, but charged again after departure, they say the will credit it back to our card which they charged after we left. Overall, a very poor quality stay in what is a fantastic location.

The view from the 2 bedroom suite was FANTASTIC. The suite was clean and the staffs were friendly and helpful. Location wise-may be a bit hard to find and it sited at the top steep slope from the main road, which may be a tough walk for the elderly. But it is near the Circular Quay and Wynyard Train Station and bus stops, so quite convinence once you know the way. I would recommend this place!
