Staff very accommodating for my request to change rooms on arrival, so I coould take advantage of the great views over the harbour

Be mindful that there is no-one on Reception after 6pm - you need to have a mobile phone on you in order to contact the out of hours person for them to let you in if you should happen to arrive wanting to check into the apartments. The apartment we had was great; however we did inform Reception that there was no TV remote and were informed it was on order .... Apart from that minor detail, everything was fine.

The shower door never worked properly even after it was supposed to be fixed. The girl on the counter when we checked in was disinterested at best. The parking was only adequate as it was very tight for space. The bed was too small and I'm only 6' 2

Please provide residents with a key to their apartment's post-box. Leaving it unlocked is a recipe for theft as they're on the main road. (Some of my important mail was taken). Otherwise it's a good place.

The TV reception was poor for ABC channel. Would be nice to have a DVD player. Exhaust fan in kitchen does not work that well and fire alarm went off twice on my floor during my stay there (not triggered by me). Reception was courteous and helpful and my supplies were well replenished.

Good value for an apartment with washing machine and cooking facilities

although the room was small , it was in pristine condition with all amenities available ie washing machine (even the washing powder) , stove with an oven, microwave , dishwasher , dvd player , probably the best valueroom I've booked in years.

Second time to stay here. Otherwise an excellent choice for staying two weeks. Awesome view of Sydney City and Harbor from apartments on back side.

Location very good. Best to stay in single bedroom apartment on the side away from Military Road. Studio apartments a bit average.

Good location friendly service. Will stay again.
