Superb location in City Central. Walking distance to most attractions i.e Darling Harbour, The Rock, Ferry Terminals, Opera House and China Town. The Hyde Park is just about 100m away.

The location of the hotel is great and very convenient, very close to QVB shopping mall, supermarket, Darling Harbor and China Town. All these locations are just walking distance. It is also very easy to take the monorail or the train from Town Hall station. Airport shuttle bus to either the International or Domestic Airport is also available and the price of two-way ticket (AUD 24) for shuttle bus is definitely cheaper than the train. However, taking taxi from airport to city would be cheaper if you are traveled in a group of 3 or 4. The view at the roof top, that is the location of the swimming pool is really attractive. You do not need to go to the Sydney Tower to pay for a bird-eye view of Sydney. On the contrary, you can take very good photography of the Sydney Tower from this hotel. As for the worst things for this hotel: the reception is small and it is very noisy during night time. You can easily hear people talking on the street even you are staying at high floor. The air-conditioner is also very noisy. Very often you can hear the siren of the police car or ambulance running here and there. There is a fire station very close to the hotel. The hotel shares 5 to 15 and the roof top of this building only, the other part of the building are apartment. There are only two lifts accessing the hotel floor and only one of them can go to the roof. The lifts are small and you need to take longer time to wait for the lift. The one go to the roof top can also be used by other people of the building. Therefore, hotel security is also an issue. Last but not the least, I would definitely to stay again in this hotel if breakfast can also be included in the price.

The hotel was clean and very conveniently located close to restaurants and train station, Rooms were very small including the bathroom, however, it did meet the requirement of a reasonably priced and clean place to sleep.

Bearing in mind the cost of the room had already been paid for and the fact that there was no mini bar,I was not at all impressed with the requirement to not only provide the desk with my credit card, but also my driver's licence, whilest my friend from the UK who had booked in on the same day also via internet, was only required to provide his credit card details. It was an un-necessary & demeaning requirement. I have not experienced this anywhere else in Australia or overseas, where I have travelled extensively.

The Park Regis was just right for us (a retired couple) as it in a good position to get to all the tourist sights and the shopping areas. The hotel staff were also very helpful and welcomeing and made our stay all the more enjoyable

Good location, just walk distance from either townhall train station or museum train station. However, the bathroom not so great. While taking shower, hard to adjust the water temperature, end up too hot or too cold.

Chambre petite et SdB minuscule mais hotel ideallement placé avec une vue exceptionnelle du 45ème étage (piscine) - L'isolation phonique n'est pas au top ... a part ca ... bien. ========================== Small bedroom and tiny washroom but the hotel in close to the Tower in midtown - Awesome view from the 45th floor (swimming pool there) - One more warning concerning the noise which can be quite high during all the night. Apart these points, GOOD to stay.

Location is perfect Unfortunately we were business travellers and thought we would try a cheaper more conveniently located motel. This did not pay off well - as the rooms are excessively noisy. Two people from our organisation stayed at this location - on same floor, but opposite ends and both had the same experience. NO SLEEP. Sirens, horns, cars everything could be heard. May we suggest double glazed windows. 1 of our delegates could not even get hot water and was asked if they realised that there was a hot and a cold tap?? -Also then told to leave it for 5 minutes and see - well that didn't work and by that time was getting later and later - COLD SHOWER! Pity this motel is ideally located for our business travel and we are in Sydney often throughout each year usually with more that 2 people!!
