Oaks Maestri Towers

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 2 nights (22 to 24 Feb 2008) and it was excellent. The staff were very helpfull, the location could not be better and I feel this is excellent value for money. Although an apartment the whole place had the feel of a quality hotel. We would definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Sydney.

Apartment allocated initially was not accepted because 2nd bedroom little more than a cupboard. No view with a window into a service courtyard resulting in a very dark room. The apartment was changed wiht no problem. However if another apartment had been unavailble I would not have been happy wiht it. There was one 2/5 seater setee and one armchair ( without arms), neither were very comfortable. Spotless apartment. Efficient unobtrusive service to the apartment. Very pleasant, professional staff. Gym.pool very welcome . Pool temperature could have been warmer Overall a very pleasant stay in an ideal central location

very clean one bedroom flat with a balcony facing the city. perfect kitchen and restroom with washing machine and dryer - not what i see in some other serviced apartments. everything is easy to operate. the only missing thing is a frying pan =)

This is not my first stay. Usually something is amiss, but soon corrected. On this ocassion, the bathroom door lock was defective, but this was replace when informed. Generally love the location and convenience to many attractions in city.

Where do I start with this place? The only good to say about this place is the location. Simple as. The staff here are ignorant, rude and obnoxious and would burst into flames if they cracked a smile… asked the front desk a few times for directions or enquiries, and the best they could do was give me a caveman grunt. They are so unhelpful, I have never come across more surly staff in all my life. The room was ok, would be no harm to give the place a lick of paint, brighten up the place. The cleaning of the room was none existent. The funny thing is: the Oaks maestri say that this is not a high priority ,that their objective was to provide competitive rates!!?? I would have thought that you do that anyway!!!! They just managed to throw the duvet over the bed Only for the location, I would say avoid the Oaks Maestri Towers like the plague…….."

Perfect location, wonderful accommodation and a great price, what more could you ask for. The staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. We booked an extra few nights it was so good. Thanks Maestri

Staff at the reception are rude and not very helpfull. THe AC / Heater is extremely noisy. Otherwise in terms of location very good.

Very useful location. View from room not so good, but would stay again

Great location within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Shopping precinct. Service at reception was average staff seemed inexperienced. Poor TV and radio reception & no hotel information folder in my room.
