This is essentially a serviced appartment block. My husband and I booked a studio appartment and were delighted to find we had a very large room with queen bed, kitchen and dining area and small balcony. We had a dishwasher and clothes washing machine and dryer. We were allocated a 10th floor room which overlooked a rooftop garden of an adjacent apartment block and Sydney beyond it. Lower floors than 9 would not have had the same view. Staff were very helpful, apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet and ideally located with a direct walkway leading to Darling Harbour. We stayed for 2 nights but would have been happy to have stayed for much longer. Excellent value for money and I cannot recommend it too highly. A complimentary shuttle bus from the airport takes you direct to the front door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - close to everything we walked everywhere. Would definately stay again.

This was our second stay and the location excellent. We needed two bedrooms and bathrooms so the two bed appartment was really good value.

During our stay we had workmen on the roof and a power outage so not the best to judge! That said, the staff kept their clients well informed. It would have been nice to have know about the refurb works before we booked as we may have had a rethink. It was adequate but I would rate it nearer to a 3* rating. Would not use this as my first choice for future stays in Sydney but would stay here again if pushed.

When I made the reservation it was not mentioned in the webpage that the hotel is being renovated. Therefore it was a surprise to be awaked early in the morning by loud construction noises. The apartments are spacious and convenient located, but it is old and outside the apartments, in the corridor area has a structure that reminds of an old prision. It is reccomendable for long business or family considering space/location/price relation, but it is not a beautifull place to stay if on vacation.

Our room was ideal in every way, perfect location, very comfortable, only one problem-the neighbours! Some of the rooms are "owned" and we had very noisy neighbours, who, we owned their rooms and didn't feel that we could complain. We stayed for 21 nights and our only problem was the noise from next door.

Great location. Quiet room, very good facilities with self -laundry and dry machine in our room. Just don't understand why has only a double bed, not even a queen size bed, in such a spacious room. Surprised to see a concierge, however who did not provide too much advise but just gave us a bunch of brochure to read, which my husband made a bad choice because of the unclear content. It should not be too difficult for him to explain the difference between 3 days pass and Gray Line value package which is not really valued. The cruise is just transportation in between wharfs. House keeper did not come at the first day. It was very appreciated that house keeper cleaned our dishes everyday later on. However, the cups were not well cleaned with the lip's mark still on. Overall, we still like this hotel-apartment, would like to see their improvement.

We found the location very good. The Monorail was just over the road through the carpark. The tramway was only a lift ride from the carpark. We parked our car and walked our took either the Monorail or the Tramway. Star City was just a walk away and Darling Harbour was along the overpass. The middle of the CBD was just a ferry ride from Darling Harbour. This is a unique hotel with it's walkways between the rooms. We will visit again. By the way parking is only $16.00 per night, but don't forget to tell the clients that you have to pay it a reception not at the carpark otherwise it will cost $25.00 per night.
