Very disappointed that we had 5 nights booked and had to change rooms after 1 night as room booked was unavailable on arrival. In my opinion this was poor as we had booked so far in advance!!

Booked a nonsmoking room. They had none left, then told us they did, but all they did was send someone to remove the ashtrays from the room. By morning our clothes, hair and luggage stunk not to mention the awful nights sleep. Very poor effort and they should just have been honest!

The location was fantastic, the food reasonably priced and lovely swimmimg pool (outdoror). Found swimmimg pool was not available when there are functions on though (mostly Friday's from 4pm). I would recommend this hotel but would eat out!

Stayed 1 night. Excellent view from room as upgraded to harbour view. Superb location if looking for a hotel in Darling Harbour. Clean, impersonal hotel, that caters well for most travellers.

We specifically booked for a non-smoking room nearly three months before arrival but was still checked-in in a smoking room. We understand it's the new year but that's the point of booking really early. They were kind enough to give us an odor eliminator for the room. For the price we paid, I would say the hotel was average overall.

Very handy location to main areas of city with easy access to Monorail and Trams which Go to city and rail. Room was clean and serviced very well and not much traffic noise, was a bit expensive but not over the top by Sydney standards. The breakfast was well presented and you had a good choice to select.

Yes we had a very enjoyable stay at your hotel and will certainly stay there again when we are next in Sydney. The position of your hotel right on Darling Harbour is perfect for getting around inner Sydney. Somewhere on my travels in Australia I have lost/left a Navy Blue & White "Per Una" Dress, Size 12. Could you please let me know if I left it in the wardrobe in our room or if it has been handed in to your lost property department. Thanking you for your co-operation. Helen Branscombe & David Carter.
