It took half an hour to book in due to a bus load of people going to a show arriving just before us. Not enough check in people, we stood in a line waiting. Hotel car park was full, I had to park the car myself about 200 meters away and carry bags to hotel, as instructed by staff. The rooms are starting to show age, ( about 10 years ) and are in need of a coat of paint.

Very good location and suitability for me & my staff who had a job on at the Acer Arena. Handy to the City, Airport and other nearby facilities. Highly recommended. Many thanks for a great stay.

Overnight stay for Billy Joel concert. The room was cramped. Not enough room to sit at table and have breakfast. Only one dining chair for the two of us. A charge of $5 for biscuits! (usually free). Only enough milk for 3 coffees. Definitely not 4 star accommodation. Exhorbitant price - won't go back.

Was not happy that parking was an additional $35, all other hotels i have stayed at parking is free for guests. Thought hotel would proveide a pool/ spa for the price($253). was told if i wished to have a swim i could go to the Sydney Aquatic Centre. Hotel was very average, i expected a lot more from the Novatel, as i had not stayed there before and willno be doing so ever again.

It's a beautiful hotel with great views of olympic park. The room was very modern and very tidy! The staff members were very helpful and very happy. This made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. It was a shame we had to leave!!!! Defiantly will use again! VERY HAPPY!

The only thing I would question is the $35 charge per day for parking. This is the first hotel I have stayed at any where in the world where I have been charged for parking at the facility.

This hotel is in urgent need of an overhall. Walls are marked, carpets, curtains & windows are dirty. Reception staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are awful!
