COCKROACHES IN BATHROOM.ROOM RATHER SMALL BUT OK FOR SHORT TIME.VERY FEW FACILITIES ON SITE.NOISY ROAD OUTSIDE. NOISY FAN.ALL THIS REFLECTED IN PRICE. PERSONALLY WOULD IN FUTURE PAY MORE FOR BETTER FACILITIES AND LESS NOISE.

The motel is a bit run down and in need of maintenance. TV reception was very poor. However it was in a very convenient location for us and our room had terrific views of the harbour. Good value for money.

The Metro Inn is ideally situated for travel by train/bus. However we had difficulty in finding anywhere to get an evening meal nearby. The Motel needed some serious spring cleaning as everywhere seemed mucky. However bed linen was clean and towels changed every day.

Metro Inn hotel as an excellent location with great views over Harbour on that side. Room was basic and the lift was a little tired but bathroom was clean, Air con was noisy but working. Pity the lovely shower had no curtains. Generally good value.

Terrible carpark, very tight, but at least there is one that doesn't cost.

Room was quite spacious. Traffic noise was loud when bathroom door opened as only single-glazed windows in this section. When this door was closed Traffic noise was much better. The curtains were poorly hung and maintained which allowed light to enter when trying to sleep. Otherwise, we thought it was very clean and good value for money.

This hotel is ideally placed near Double Bay and I would recommend paying that bit extra for a Harbour View. Rooms are quite generous, with separate living and bedroom areas. Cleanliness wasn't too good though, but if you're only after a crash-pad, then this is ideal.

Quite inadequate car parking and the surrounding streets have heavy time restrictions
