Room small, understood we were getting just a double room(2 adults) double bed and single in the room making it very small. Limited wardrobe space, a bit of tlc would not come amiss. Staff very helpful and friendly, restuarant excellent. Lifts a bit erractic.

Dislike: They have conventions for school kids there and it was quite noisy at night. Walls don't keep the sound out. Could be cleaner. Provides just the bare minimum IMHO. Nothing special. Unprofessional staff tried to pass on the cost of damaged room to innocent customer. Definitely not recommended. Choose it if you want to be judged guilty until proven innocent if you happen to be in the same shoes as I was.

Nice hotel near to the Central Station, China Town Markets. It's about 15 minutes walk to Darling Harbour. The staff was helpful. Price was reasonable. We will certainly be staying in this hotel again.

We stayed there for 3 days. Some staff are nice but some seems not enjoyed their job. The hot water is not stable. But the room is quite big and clean. The location is very good and near China town and Darling Harbour.

Good hotel for the money. If you don't mind a short walk, it,s a great location. If you stayed any further into the shopping / business district you would miss out on some great restuarants and bars. Just on what appearred to be Chinatown, with nice walks to Darling harbour(good food here), The Rocks and Circular quay. Yes the pool is cold, and the room is a bit small, but you didn't go to Sydney to stay in your room , Did you. You get what you pay for with no nasty surprises. Good safe bet!
