Metro Hotel On Pitt

Metro Hotel on 300, Pitt Street, is a very nice and cozy hotel. It is very centralised, where you are able to reach Circular Quay in 25 minutes walk, Darling Harbour in 15 minutes walk and Chinatown or Marketcity(Haymarket & Paddy Market) in 25 minutes walk. There are also train station, monarail station and bus terminal situation around it, which provide easy accessibility to the other parts of Sydney. Room are also clean, decent, with free supply of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion attached in the bathroom and near the hand basin. Those who want to soak in bath tub might have to be disappointed as it only have shower head. Besides that, to me it is really a lovely hotel which I would definately come back again when I visit Sydney again.

It's indeed very convenient with monorail and Oxford Street just footsteps away. Nice lobby.

Stayed in superior Queen room. Very good size. Motel very central. We were able to walk to many places. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location and walking distance to some places of interests. Very accessible to public transport. Very cosy and clean environmnet and staff is accomodating. However, room is kind of small. Just big enough for a queen size bed. My room cooling/ventilation is way too noisy. Need to shut it down to get a peaceful sleep. Fortunately the weather is cool enough to go without the airconditioning.

I stay in this hotel whenever I am visiting Sydney. It is a good location and pricing is good. The rooms have no real view, usually a light well or a back view across the top of adjavcent buildings unless you get a street front room, but then there is the monorail outside. On business this is OK. The layout ans size of rooms can be variable.

I should give my sincere thanks to Craig the reception Manager who especially helpful with information and other needs when required during my entire 6 nights of stay. He is hard working and freindly, I consider he's an asset to your Hotel. Apparently,the room I had was rather noisy due to the unseal wall leading to the next room (meant to be a joint-room) of a noisy guest next door. Noise can be clearly heard and unable to sleep well at night. Overall, I should rate your as one of the best lacality Hotel around Sydney. Thanks. Regards, Frank

Very nice room, big, modern in a very good location (Pitt Street), very good price. Very, very good choice.

Location is perfect for shopping and siteseeing. Room was a bit small for 2 people, but we were staying only 2 nights, so it was fine. If I was staying longer, I would have needed more space. Light in the bathroom didn't work, but other than that I have no complaints. I'll stay there again. Kind regards, Trina
