Meriton World Tower

Clean, quiet, efficiency. Located right in the middle of lIttle China. No major complaints. Shuttle to airport is only A$10. 10-15 minute walk to Darling Harbour. 5 minute walk to Museum train station to get to the Opera House and the Rocks.

These apartments are simply amazing ! We had a 2 bedroom apartment in the 61st floor. The view is fantastic, rooms are huge (compared to Hong-Kong !!!), with 2 bathrooms, and you find everything you need. We stayed 6 days at the end of february and the kids felt like home. The pool is also great, amazing view, hot, with sauna and jaccuzi. No problem with the lifts either. The supermarket downstairs is opened until midnight and the location is perfect (5 min to the subway, bus stop in front of the building). There is a laundry with washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The kitchen is well equiped with dishwasher, microwave, hoven, big refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker, toaster... They provide samples of laundry detergent and washing powder and liquid for the dishwasher. And if you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés down below. I would definitely come back, even if the price is quiet expansive, you make great value by cooking at home. The internet is too expensive too, we prefered internet cafés."

great apartment have stayed 4 times this year ! the last trip was disappointing as many young adults were holding parties in surrounding units. we notified security but the party continued. Meriton has a no party policy which is why we like to stay there as we have young children and are often tired after a long flight to Australia from hong kong. So we feel a bit annoyed as we did not get much sleep our last night. Security should have evicted the other guests.

My wife and four daughters and I recently spent a week in Sydney. This would have required two hotel rooms. We therefore stayed in a three bedroom apartment at the Meriton World Tower for the same cost. Fantastic view of Sydney! There is a Coles supermarket in the basement and we fixed our meals in a very well equipped kitchen in the apartment. HUGE savings considering the cost of eating out for six people and the girls got to eat what they wanted / liked as we fixed it. The World Tower is centrally located, close to the Town Center and Museum subway stations, and is less than 15 minutes from the airport by subway. I've stayed elsewhere in Sydney on previous trips and this is definitely far superior.

There were unbelievable views from the 64th floor, but dreadful service let this new property down. Too few lifts led to delays of up to 30 minutes to get to the lobby on Sunday morning, and too few staff meant a further delay of half an hour just...

I really like the hotel and I recommend it to all visitors, it's very nice clean and in very good location.

world class accom excellent location five star service apartments spacious modern

As a family from North Scotland, we have stayed at the Meriton every year for 2+ weeks whilst in Sydney en route to Nowra and Canberra. We like the convenient location, spacious rooms which we're used to back home and the magnificent views from the top floor appartments we have stayed in but find the staff rather abrupt, bordering on rude. Last year, 2 members of staff were actually hovering outside our door from 9am on the day we were leaving before knocking at 9.30 to ask if we were ready to go yet, despite checkout being 10am!!! We were appalled!! Never before in countless countries has this happened!! Searching for other accomodation this year.

We stayed for a period of 3 nights and found the hotel excellent, we would definately stay there again and found for the price paid it was beyond our expectation. A place I would definately recommend.
