This was a wonderfule place to stay. The apartment was large and great for 4 adults. I would have like more info on what services would be provided, but other then that, it was perfect. We have told everyone about your web site and about the rooms we had in Tokyo,Japan and in Sydney, Australia. What a great find!!! Thank you Frances

+ our stay was great. we came down for work purposes and had very long days, it was lovely to return to our apartment and know things would be clean and tidy - 2. There is no air conditioning and when it's hot outside it's almost unbearable inside

This is a new, busy hotel in a superb location. Rooms comfortable, all amenities - dishwasher, washer, dryer(though they have shortages of laundry detergent and we had to buy our own). Hotel is very busy, service efficient. Pool crowded in evenings. Fitness room small. As of 2009 - all balconies are locked (safety precaution!!!) - big bummer! One more complaint - we found carpets dirty and poorly cleaned - our kid's toys were always covered in someone else's hair from the carpets. Overall good value for money, superb for a short stay.

+ Ausstattung und Service - We arrived around 730pm, the pin we were given did not work to enter the building. The planes were very loud in the morning!

+ the hotel stored two suitcases for us for a couple of weeks before our arrival; the furnishings were nice - 1. the hotel is under the flight path of planes from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. with a plane passing over you or just a few meters from your window every

stayed in suite 5201 on the 52nd floor, excellent view, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and seperate laundry room, living room, dining area. Nice balcony with patio set. Did not use the pool, gym or spa but went to see it on the 15th floor and it looked very nice. This place is very centrally located downtown allowing you to walk to everything. Very quiet place and secure. The cleaning people come twice a week and do an ok job except forget often to check the toilet paper. Overall it was great and i would definitely stay there again. Cost was approximately $280.00 per night CAN$ (all included - taxes also) Considering most hotels were $250.00 to $300.00 per night this is a steal for the size. It was like living in a condo back home. This hotel opened in 2006 therefore is quite modern and new. If you go to sydney this is well worth checking out, shopping everywhere, restaurants, bars, parks, water etc.......Convenientely located 1 block from train station.

The location of these apartments is very convenient. The rooms are a very good size and well equipped. You need to check with reception what level of service the room will have during your stay as this varies depending on the length of stay. The windows open so you do ot need to rely on the air con. However, if you prefer fresh air I suggest you use ear plugs as the noise from the streets below and the emergency verhiles passing in the night will keep you awake. The staff however are very helpful.

We stayed in this apartement for five days and really happy about it, the location is superb, walking distance to QVB, the centre of shopping in Sydney and also 10 minutes to Darling Harbour, 5 minutes to World Square and Chinatown and restaurant, coffeeshop and convenience store spread around the apartement. The apartement is new, tall , modern and clean, with complete amenities , from dishwares to washing machine and drying machine. We got a good rate through Asiarooms, but then found out that they don't do service and cleaning the apartement if we book through a good rate website, but we can demands towel changing and ask for hotel amenities, but I don't think is a problem, garbage chute is just accoss our room and everything is provided. This is a lovely apartement, and one of the hotel manager , George , has been helpful helping us connecting our laptop for in room internet. Will definitely recomend this apartement to friends and family and will definitely will bemy address when I visit Sydney again.
