Fantastic:location,value,cleanliness and service ok. If you want to stay in apartments in Sydney this is the place. Also if the play Lion King is on go to it! it is nearby.

Need better staff. Slow check in, check out. Poor quality of service, Lift to rooms takes forever. Only 2 lefts and all staff and guests use it. Spend hours on it.

Very central location with close access to the airport. Walking distance to locations in and around the CBD including Chinatown, Darling Harbour and Town Hall station. Friendly staff at Reception, didn't utilise the cafe so cannot comment on this service. Enjoyed the spaciousness of a studio room to myself. Ample room for a family of 4 too. Would definetly stay here again.

When I first chose the Medina Grand Sydney for my overnight stay I wasn't sure what I would end up with because the rate was too good to be true. But we were very pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was beautiful, the staff were friendly & helpful, & the hotel's location was so central to everything. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my friends & family & will definitely go back next time I'm staying overnight in Sydney. Regards, Val.

A well located hotel in close proximity to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Paddington Markets and Sydney CBD (especially if no vehicle). My studio room was very tidy and well appointed. Only some rooms have a view. It is just a short walk from Town Hall Station which links with the International Airport (A$13 each way). This is the second time I have stayed at the Medina Grand and consider this hotel to be very satisfactory and fairly-priced for my business excursions from New Zealand to Sydney - hence recommended as a very good option to consider.
