I would recommend this hotel for business or for leisure traveler . The location is great for shopping , short walk to Darling Harbour , Sydney aquarium , and all the restaurants on the Cokle bay.We stay for 7 nights in one bedroom deluxe apartment...

Great room and location. No complaints!

Good location excellent CBD location

Excellent location 5/5. Basic apartment but with everything one would need. Would need to have soft furnishings renewed a bit worn and marked.Bedding clean and beds fairly good. Staff on desk need to be taught how to lift their head up from their computer and make eye contact and greet their guests. Front desk staff however when challenged regarding any information or a taxi they delivered the goods. What can I say? Comparable to a Travel lodge in UK but an apartment

The location is great for shopping , short walk to Darling Harbour , Sydney aquarium , and all the restaurants on the Cokle bay.We stay for 7 nights in one bedroom deluxe apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine , dryer , that prove to be very helpful with 2 teenagers. The room are spacious and clean . The staffs are so helpful and friendly , especially Raymond Tan at font desk . thank you Raymond . Will come back again soon.

Excellent location, near Darling Harbour, main areas within walking distance, but plenty of buses or taxis. Large rooms with basic kitchen facilities. Our stay included breakfast which was good. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney and wanting to stay in the heart of the central district.

Good hotel and good situation. Ttally advisable. The service,facilities ,etc, are good.

This hotel fulfilled all our expectations. We had a triple room which was large and comfortable with a kitchen, table and chairs, separate utility room with tumble dryer - and a good bathroom (although, as with many hotels, the towels were small!) It was 5/10 mins walk to Darling Harbour, Victoria Shopping Mall, and Town Hall train station - all in all ideal for a family exploring Sydney. NB The hotel has no car park and although there is a multi-storey car park next door it is very expensive (as indeed is all parking in central Sydney).

Great hotel, good location for Darling Harbour facilities and downtown. Staff was very helpful. Internet access for email available. Laundry facilities were available. Overall an excellent stay.
