my suite was impressive, particularly the large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful, would recommendit.

Hotel will recommend to others The hotel situated in Parramatta near Westfield shopping center and train station, the location is convenience in terms of transportation and general shopping, a lot of restaurants surrounding but mostly Chinese food, but just in 10 mins walking distance go further down from Westfield, variety of Italian, fusion and many western style restaurants can be found. The hotel room facilitates a small kitchen with all necessity to cook, including microwave, toaster, utensil for cooking, therefore you can live in the hotel room with slightly home feeling. Remark: It’s a full non-smoking hotel.

The sauna didn't work. They closed the pool early. the staff were unhelpful. Oh, and the sound proofing was poor so the room got a lot of traffic noise. i wouldn't stay here again.

All staff were very curteous,and always willing to help. They made me and my family feel very welcome and comfortable. Would definately stay there again.

Location is great, close to public transport (rail & busses), huge shopping centre 3min walk away, rooms are spacious and modern, we would reccomend this place to all our friends.

Excellent location, very near to Westfields Paramatta. However, we were not informed of Car Park fee initially, and one of the gentlemen in the reception very nearly decided to charge us (without our knowledge and acceptance) the car park fee for the nights which we have stayed at prior to their informing us of the car park fee. Fortunately, they decided to waive off the car park fee from the time I checked in to the point where they informed us of the charges. Also, many nights, I returned to the hotel to find that the toiletries have not been replaced.

i always stay at the mantra the staff are always friendly and happy to help you and immaculately presented the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast in the restaurant is always superbly presented and tasty

Great location. Was a bit noisy as people using pool after hours stated. Restaurant good value but servoce needs improving. Would easily stay there again.

Spa suites are spacious and clean will definitely stay again
