Apart from the LATE check in, my stay at the Ibis was very satisfactory. I will stay there again.

Hi The staff at the hotel are extremely non co operative and in efficient .They just dont know their work, Specially the koreans and the chinese. The hotel is not a safe place as things go missing from the room. The staff at the reception is arrogant, rude and very annoying. The behave as if you owe them something. I have never seen more rude and in efficient staff in my life as is the staff of this hotel

Overall service is good except the daily replacement of bath towels. We have three occupants but they alway issue only two.

I know Ibis is a budget & no-frill hotel hence I was not expecting a lot. All I wanted was privacy and a clean room. I don't think that was a lot to ask for and yet I was uttering disappointed. There was this indian lady housekeeper who just doesn't respect the guest's privacy. Even with the "I'M SLEEPING" sign hanging on my door, she kept knocking on my door everyday, and yelling "OPEN THE DOOR PLEASE.". All these nonsense stopped for a few days after I informed the front desk then resumed again on my 2nd last day. I put up at Ibis World Square for 2 weeks. Not only the indian lady housekeeper doesn't respect the guest's privacy, she is very slack when servicing the room. I happened to be in the room while she was cleaning the room one day, she only made the bed, replaced the towels and that's it. She was out of the room in 2 minutes flat. No vaccuming of floor nor washing up used mugs. The tissue paper bits on the floor was accumulating everyday. What really tipped me off was one day, I came back to my room and found the toilet still had shit stuck to the toilet bowl. That's really unacceptable hence I complained to the front desk. Only thereafter, the room was properly cleaned and vaccum. Another thing which I was not pleased with the indian lady housekeeper was that she kept messing up my shoes even though she didn't vacuum the room (evidence from the accumulating tissue paper bits scattered everywhere in the room). My shoes would be all over the place instead of how I left them in a neat row. She could have scratched my patent shoes from her clumsiness.

Very clean. One elevator not working. Charged an extra $50 on check-in on top of quoted price from Asia Rooms. What was that about? Car parking was a block away and was complicated with tickets that didn't always work. Also cost an extra $25 per night. The whole experience was disappointing. Staff were courteous and helpful, though.

Small rooms and relatively dirty bathrooms made this hotel seem overpriced. location was decent.

There was a stain in the toilet when we got into the first room and this would have taken five minutes to clean. Also there was a large chip in the shower cubible, very dangerous for the foot! Both rooms we had were humid. So humid I felt ill. The air conditioning was not at all efficient. The staff were excellent and tried to help, very nice folk. However I could not have stayed any longer due to the heat and humidity in the place. Even our floors lobby was hot. Only the downstairs reception was properly ventilated. Cleaners did not seem to come around much so far as we could tell. Other lower priced hotels had cleaners who offered services every single day should we wish. An Ibis I've stayed at in London was great, however this was not so.

i was reconfirmed with the front desk with 2 week before i show up in hotel, front desk staff confirmed i will be have 2 queen side bed in the room on the phone. when i turn up into hotel and check into the room and find out room size its different from the confirmed by the front desk staff. After i made a call and speak to front desk regarding this matter and they told me my room size never ever confirmed by the phone and ask me if i want to have 2 queen size room i need to wait for next day and going to charge me more such as like 150.00 dollars per night. i really think that's rude asking more money.
