Hotel Ibis Sydney Olympic Park

Great location for Olympic Park events, however bathroom was unclean and some marked towels. Room was quite small and pillows were lumpy. Fire and security alarms going off for no reason at 0500 am can spoil your nights sleep!

Rooms were very basic & small but serve the purpose we needed it for - ie concert at Acer Arena, i wouldnt stay there otherwise though. The bar fridge was tiny & was no ice facilities, the pay tv only had sport & news. The staff on the desk were VERY FRIENDLY and did a great job.

We were quite a way from the show(venue) that we had come to see in Sydney. Other guests were in the same predicament, so the hotel arranged return transport to the venue. It was very much appreciated.

i dont understand why i can not book all my rooms next to each other when i am booking for a team! especially when i book so far in advance! assigning rooms at check in is just not good enough when you are traveling with a team as do most people in a sporting venue.

The price was good .... excepting you had to pay extra for parking

The IBIS has been renovated and it is excellent value for money and ideally located at Olympic Park for people attending any events there. I stayed in a twin room and while the room is not large, it is very comfortable.

Reception service was good / friendly / efficient. Restaurant service was slow with poor attention to detail. Carpet in corridors in hotel accommodation section appeared worn and in need of replacement.

Being linked with the Novotel (they share the same reception) the staff were excellent. The room was well fitted though small, quiet, good facilities. Nice to have windows that can be opened so use of air conditioning was optional. Good location, being in the centre of olympic Park and train station adjacent a quick trip to the city. I liked it because although the room was smallish, I was really only there to sleep, and the rest of the hotel's facilities were excellent. Nice atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.

We were thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of all staff & how comfortable the room was. Although it wasn't as big as what we are use to staying in, it was just right for our overnight stay and is so conveniently located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park - we will definitely be staying there again when we attend another concert at Acer Arena!

Excellent service with the cost for parking $25 being waived on my checking out. Always a great place to stay for business or pleasure around Homebush.
