+it was the cheapest option in a very expensive city like Sydney -The facilities were very poor, breakfast very expensive and poor, no possibility to have a diner in the hotel in the afternoon. Also the internet option was not very reliable.

Great location, fantastic staff and wonderful other guests. My only complaint is the bus stop outside: starts early and finishes late. Having said that my 8-year-old son slept through the buses and I would stay there again. Wonderful value-for-money.

+Easy access underground parking, staff were very helpful, rooms overlooked a pool which was nice.

I have stayed here before and must have forgotten how noisy Glebe Point Road is. Buses went by very frequently and was a little disturbing. Our room was large but had an old wooden floor. A carpet would have been nice. The bathroom was fine. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is excellent and we found free parking on the street for most of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

The Haven Inn is perfectly situated for its price -- there are a good range of hotels and restauants in walking distance, it is` close to the city, reguolar bus service by the front door, and a light rail station nearby. Service is perfectly adequate, staff are friendly and helpful, and it is good value for money. Peter Murphy, Dawin, NT.

+The area that it is in is very accessable to Sydney the surrounding area provides good take away food if you are on a budget. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool was a real plus. When all the decorating is finished this is a good spot to get to Darling Harbour the tram is just down the road. I would go again! the cooffee bar over the road is great too!! -There was a bit of damp which had created mold on the carpet in our room around the fridge area but otherwise everything was great

It was very run down in my room. The wood flooring was worn and warped near the door. The room smelt a bit like a toilet to start off with. Having said that, the staff were nice and the bedding was cleaan and the bathroom was clean though there was no water pressure whatsoever in the shower.

+It was close to the city, with easy access via the tram system or walking (20 minutes to darling harbour). Decent area with plenty of shops and food stores locally. -There was no lift available. Stairs werent the friendliest. There was a lot of noise during the night, but I guess you cant blame the hotel for that?
