Grand Mercure Apartments One Darling Harbour

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and had excellent facilities. Close to everything we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Food wrappers in lift. Didn't get view requested. Rear not front of hotel. Asked for ice three times. No brochures or price list - asked 4 times, never got them. Supposed to be fully equipped kitchen - no equipment - we had to buy all our meals out. Lift always dirty - one time had containers of curry and chips in there. Very disappointing for a special treat for 40th birthday.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which meant we were able to share with friends. The location was excellent, with magnificent views of Darling Harbor. We sat on our balcony and enjoyed the views, such a vibrant city of Sydney. The Mono Rail was just outside the hotel, and we also took a short walk to the ferry for Central Harbor. All the rooms had a view over the harbor everything was new, bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Laundry facilities, kitchen lounge very good.

If you are going to stay in Sydney and want to be central to nearly everything Sydney has to offer in Darling Harbour this is the place. Approx two minutes walk from the harbour - fantastic views of the harbour (ask for harbour view) and the Red Tour bus

Clean tidy and great proximity to Sydney

Definitely a place you will want to go back to. Fantastic view with good rooftop facilities (spa, pool and gym). Highly recommended if you are visiting Sydney.

Very good and convenient, pleasant staff, very clean, fab spa view and pool on top floor, only irritation was false alarm fire alarm which got us out of the hotel in a hurry one morning. Would def. be happy to stay there again.

Very nice spacious apartment. Excellent location on darling Harbour. A bit expensive, but no more than others in the area.

We felt that the apartment looked a little tired. In the bathroom there was black mould around the bath. One of the days they tried to come in and service the room at 3:30pm while we were there so did not do it. I think that for the cost of the stay we had expected something better.
