Comfort Inn & Suites Burwood

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms with a high standard of house keeping. Carpark is off street and serviced by lifts making lugging the luggage easy. Good eateries nearby and a only short drive to the asian food strips in Burwood & Ashfield. Norton Street is only 10 min drive away. I use this place as a base on a regular basis with no complaints other than cheap ironing boards and the odd 'dodgy' iron. But thats just me liking a well ironed shirt!

Great new building, smart rooms. TGreat facilities in kitchenette rooms - everything you need. Tiled floors - good in summer but cold in winter and hard for kids to play on. Good location in inner west. Staff a bit busy at reception - it was a concert night tho!

Bed very hard & uncomfortable. Old heavy wool blankets - no doonas! Sound proofing poor - can hear everything in room next door and above. No assistance with baggage. Overall clean and basic.

Room Service shouldn't wake you up every morning - do not disturb signs would be good idea and quieter staff. Yelling floor to floor tends to wake guests pretty abruptly! However, staff were really lovely and very helpful. A great motel overall, close to the train line and plenty of shops nearby.
