Extremely good value - location and facilities are tops.

Apartment was amazing, got an upgrade to a two bed and stayed ever longer. About $50 in a taxi from there to the city, but the train station is just around the courner and does'nt take long. Also a ferry can take you there too. Highly recommended. Very very clean.

Hotel was undergoing renovations; rooms spartan, but clean. Window AC too old to provide cool air. Very well located for travel.

As always, the apartment was very clean. We stayed in a one bedroom but weren't able to get a split level. The one level apartment seems a bit smaller than the split level but it still met our needs. Try for the split level if you need more room, especially if you have a toddler, like we did. Also, plan on waiting for the elevator at busy times, i.e. checkout.
