Good accomodation overall, a bit far from the Circular Quay though... Rooms very spacious and clean. Advisable hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station and Chinatown. But you need to use the exit near Broadway, otherwise there is a fair bit of walking to do. It's not close to the shopping malls, but you can always catch a bus to go down George Street. The room rate is very competitive for what it offers. We got a good sized room. In fact it is bigger than some 5 star hotels that I have stayed in Sydney before. On the downside there are no bell boys at the entrance. We had to "haul" our luggages up the front steps to the hotel lobby. We later found out that there's a "hidden" path that leads from the hotel to the entrance of the adjoining carpark where you can then reach the street level.

The room was great, only problem was my room's window was facing the apartment nearby. Need to always close drapes for privacy.

Excellent location so it's very close to most central places in Sydney. Also within walking distance to central railway station. Staff however made our stay terrible. Cleaning staff accidentally threw out a plastic bag left in the room and they refused to compensate even after speaking to the manager and writing a letter because they argued that it was stolen and I should have kept valuables in the safety deposit boxes. The thing is makeup is not considered as "valuables" and their argument is flawed because the security records indicate that the door was not opened by anyone other than the cleaning staff. This really stuffed up the holiday because the makeup bag contained some medication which was difficult to obtain easily. Mistakes happen but absolutely every single staff member Ive dealt with at this hotel treated my girlfriend and I as children.

Given the Hotel location and room setup, this 4 star hotel is well worth its cost. It took me only 20mins to get from the Sydney international airport to Central train station by train and walk to the Hotel by foot. The hotel staffs are friendly too.. however forget about going for a swim because the swimming pool is very small. The breakfast is nice.. but it does not seems to worth the A$22 pricetag. All daytours operator will offer to pick up from this hotel which can be very convenient. Great location at a reasonable price.

The room was huge but the housekeeping was a little poor with bits of stuff (I can't say what it was but it was a bit sticky) left on the carpet. Location was excellent as the hotel is within a short walking distance to Chinatown, about a 15-20 minute walk to Darling Harbour and to the city.
