The perfect location for the course that we attended. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to stow our bags on our checkout day for us as our flight wasn't until 18:45 which enable us to shop all day in Chinatown and the City. Disappointments were no in-house gym and mouldy sheer curtains in room 3035. Other than that the place was very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to everything, every convenience, public transport etc...

It’s basically a (temporally) student hotel accommodation, but also good for budget travelers. It was a quit place, 15 minutes walk from Darling Harbor, close to the train station and easy bus to city centre. Shops and food facilities are available in the area. My room had all the basics including an option for internet connection (AUD 20,- for 120 MB, other options possible). There is also the option for an airport bus connection for AUD 12. General I am positive in relation to the price. "

This place should be run better. The staff was lousy and didn't know anything. I waited longer than I should have to check in. It’s a lousy place and I will not be back.

Check the door lock system. Our room lock could be pushed open with force.

For the cost and our personal requirements the room was satisfactory, although the location of the room at the back of the hotel was a surprise and inconvenient for the transportation of our luggage up and down 3/4 steps.
