Hotel was great, located off from the city but anly 20 min walk or bus stop outside. Room nice size and clean. Rooms overlooking street were noisy between fri even and Sat evening a lot of sirens and noisy people but i expect most towns at weekends are like this. Maybe a higher room may block out some noise. Maybe needs better window double glazing.

Everything was fine but the outside of the building was showing it's age. Maybe needs a clean or new paint. The restaurant was closed for remodelling which was a shame.

Considering the price it wasn't bad. The carpet etc in the room was a bit worn and the window leaked a bit of noise but everthing worked.

We were happy with the service and would stay at the Sydney Boulevard again. The only problem there was no fan in the bathroom.

Our only complaint was lack of direction on the part of staff to eating areas outside the hotel. A mere five minute walk from hotel to corner of Stanley and Crown had a wonderful variety of restaurant options! The hotel restaurant was great, but if you didn't want to eat there each night, this was right around the corner.

I had a good service and got the things I needed if missing into the room (as a 3rd set of towels because we were 3 in the room and not 2). The persons were polite and the view from the room was really nice (harbour bridge and opera)... I will stay there again if needed.

Loved the room, and the bathroom was fantastic but we thought the towels were thin and small. Good location with amazing views of the city. Would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Bayview Boulevard at Sydney. AsiaRooms.com is also a reliable agent to book hotel through with reasonal rates compared to other agents in Austrlian or online sites. I have personally reccommended many people to AsiaRooms.com due to my own personal experience as they were positive. Thanks
