the cold water in the sink didn't work at all the plug didn't fit the sink Generally didn't feel thr level it said it was. We were glad we were only staying one night

Small, clean room in a convenient location...good for the price. Nice freindly staff.

Cooker was rusting, the shower was running not dripping 'hot' water and as they had 100% occupancy, couldn't help us however they phoned 10 mins after we left the motel and advised that they could move us but we had to be at a venue and couldn't go back to change rooms. Hence we had to put up with the shower dripping all night. We felt unclean staying there and were not game to use the coffee mugs before sterilizing them in boiling water. Not impressed.

This Hotel was appallingly dirty. Thick dust on skirting boards and the room hadn't been vacuumed, dust on the tiles in the bathroom. A half opened pack of cigarettes together with a beer bottle top was in the draw of the bedside table. Could not find the remote until we moved the lounge (which was in front of the airconditioning outlet) to allow air to circulate and we found the remote along with dust and dirt that had never been cleaned. The double bed sheet had a large old stain which was discovered at midnight. Office unattended too late to complain.

Reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price for a single overnight stay in close proximity to the airport precint.

Well located property which is badly in need of some updating and repairs. It was not an apartment but more like a motel room. No fan in bathroom, no handle on balcony door, flyscreen torn, only one cup and no teaspoons, knives etc. Car park entrance is very steep and not enough car parks for number of rooms. Also car parks very tight.

Room was clean, but not very well-maintained. Shower lacked pressure. Noticed rather bad cigarette burn on the quilt. Bathroom was clean. TV reception was quite bad. Fridge had a funny smell. Staff was quite friendly. Overall, fine place to stay for a sleep but I expected the room to be much better maintained for the price.

Handy 3.5 star hotel right in front of UNSW especially when one visits children studying at the UNSW

Excellent location. Only negative point was the noise both traffic and people (Party in neighbouring apartment at night until 1am). Would be better if staff were on site 24 hours. Good being able to park there and can take bus to city. Will stay there again.

This motel would be great if you had children or a group it was plain but very adequate, the position was great.
