We really enjoyed our stay. Yahoo won't let me leave less that 25 words so... If I had to complain about anything it would be torn material on the desk chair.

i did not like how i could not view a picture of a room in the Hampton Inn in NYC. If this action was possible, I did in fact not see the option and suggest you make it more obvious for the future. Thank you.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chelsea last year and it was a clean, small hotel in a not so bad location in Manhattan. The service was good. The staff were friendly. The complimentary continental breakfast was not a bad deal either. However, the street noise was loud during the day and if you were not on a high floor you had no view of the city. Also I parked my car next door and it was so outrageously expensive, about $40 per day plus tax.

I am very surprised how many people called the hotel clean. Bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned after previous customer in my experience (or during my stay) and it was NEVER vaccuumed during my week long stay.

Very nice hotel with polite and service oriented staff. Bfast can get a bit crowded, but all is else is great. Nice fitness room, clean hotel and conveniant location, make this a great value in NYC.

This was my first venture into Chelsea, and it was quite refreshing. The lobby had a nice decor, complete with a running water feature. The room I stayed in was clean and contemporary. It was worth the cost to stay there.

Nice hotel, typical chain with better than average staff. Rooms were comfortable. However, location was horrible - lots of unsavory characters hanging around 24/7 at the building next door - which was the way to get to the subway, restaurants, etc.

This has to be one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at in NYC. The service is amazing

It was clean and up to date. The continental breakfast setup was good.

The hotel is located just one block from the Subway. The neighborhood is quiet and has loads of good restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. When I was getting on the elevator with my hands full, the doorman pressed the elevator buttons both outside and inside to help get me to my room. The free breakfast was great and saved us money. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again.
