The service, cleansliness, the room, everything was awful!! We find cockroaches!!!! Definitly my worst experience!! If you want to go to NY, DONT GO TO THIS "HOTEL" , ITS 1/4 STAR!!!!!!!!!

It was convenient and cozy. It was close

I had booked the hotel because of the location and price--I was doing research at Lincoln Center--and then read the reviews, some of which were just terrible. Yet when I arrived, the hotel was under new management, the rooms had been cleaned up, and after a little while the new hotel accepted my previous reservation and showed me to my studio. There was no microwave oven, as promised, but otherwise the small room and bath were fine; there was no curtain on the window looking into a courtyard, but I was able to borrow one from my best friend, who lives uptown. All in all, it was a great and inexpensive stay!

It was my first time going to NYC. The apartment was very homey. It was very clean. It was easy to find. Location was nice considering I am not used to being in such a big city. It was only a short walk to many things such as Lincoln Center and the subway. We went with another clouple so having two seperate bedrooms was convient when it came to our privacy.

This is the worst place I have ever been in my entire life. To begin with the room was dirty and unserviced. We were two and there was only one towel, the shower was not working and the TV/Cable was not properly installed either.

The hotel did not have cable or the phone did not work... this was awful stay.
