Cheap and Clean Great location right next to a major subway station, with in our budget, felt like a safe neighbourhood. Staff weren't very friendly. I would stay here again.

very upsat on arrival after a long flight from LA.at front desk janator and cleaning staff advised check in is not until 3pm,no other reception staff at 10am around.(check out time is 11am.......)stored laguage at $5 a piece....upon our return,found room

Poor condition Both service & room condition are poor. No any service during night time. Everyday no clean-up service. Rubbish need to be cleaned by yourself. Insects are found in our room.

very convinient location it was perfectly about the location, near the subway, the room was ok, but they did not clean the room when they supposed to (7th day).

FACILITIES: Flimsy piece of cloth pinned up as window covering. Cheap, small bed. No carpet on floor. Tiny bathroom. SERVICE: No Internet access, and no help from staff after requesting help. General staff attitude surly.

Great Place to Stay This was my second stay at this hotel. It’s in a good location- subway, restaurants, liquour store and bars all nearby. I like that the staff doesn’t enter your room during your stay, which means they don’t bring fresh towels daily, but they did give us enough to last the entire time we were there.

Booked 2 apartments, advertised as sleeping 6 adults. One apartment had sofa bed in a bedroom - 4 adults to one room! Cockroaches in both apartments and rat seen in one apartment. Occupants were not happy staying there - resorted to staying in one room as management were not prepared to find another room. On complaining on our return home - offered 25% discount off next booking - no way would we book with them again and would strongly advise others not to.

NIce crew, they are always get ready to do smthg for you. it's a quiet place...

Don't expect too much Central Park is 3 blocks east of the hotel...it's a great walk.
