The staff is unfailing friendly and helpful. They generously upgraded our room when the baggage handler learnt I was celebrating my birthday. We were also given a free cocktail and snack in the bar.

Dissapointed! The outside view of the W Hotel was ver pleasant looking aswell as the inner lounge area... The rooms were a bit compacted, shower handles falling apart and the WHITE towels were stained....(disgusting) Over priced rooms were ridiculous considering the maintnance of the rooms and service. Do not recommend the stay!

Loved the decorum. The ambiance was modern and sleek. I liked the furniture arrangement that allowed for coziness and small gatherings. The staff was attentive, friendly and on the ball. I also stayed at the W in New Orleans, and was similarly pleased.

I absolutely loved the W hotel. When we arrived the computer system was down but they immediately gave us complimentary drinks and appetizers. The wet bar is a fabulous area to meet new people and sip on some drinks. The W hotel is exactly what I envisioned great customer service, complimentary toiletries from the famous Bliss spa, and a great location. I will definitely stay there again in a heart beat. The location is in midtown, Soho is 8 minutes away in Taxi and 5th Ave. is a 10 minute walk.

A great hotel in a great location. The rooms are definitely small, even the "spectacular" rooms, but I’d definitely stay there again! The location on Lexington was perfect!

I would not stay at this hotel again. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke (I requested a non-smoking room) and was the size of a closet. When we first complained, we were told that the hotel was totally booked and there was nothing they could do for us.

Not a bad stay. I was skeptical about going to this hotel, after reading some negative reviews. But I had a great stay. The room was clean. The lobby was very classy and nice. The only negative was the air. It was very hot in the lobby and the room. I tried to change the temperature, but it was set at only one temperature... 75-degrees.
