Very small room and very small bathroom for four people.

Suited us fine Very close to Times square, or any place else for that matter. It's an older building with decent upkeep. We were only there to spend the night.. Room service comes from an outside restaraunt and was faster than any room service I have ever had. I would stay there again. No frills.

Almost But Not Quite The walls are very thin to where you can literally hear your next door neighbors doing everything.. I had a big problem which I left my room and I had the DO NOT DISTURB tag on the door and I returned to find that the maid still came in the room. They also had parking which was definitely a plus especially for staying in the city. The staff was very pleasant, however I will not return.

Decent Value for NYC Hot Water was not working on 2 different mornings! Fairly Clean. Police station is nice to have across the street. Trains run under hotel and outside and are very loud at times. Paper thin walls. Small Room.

As long as rates stay reasonable... For anyone who lives a little too far away to commute, wishing to squeeze in a Broadway show or two during the week, a more convenient and reasonably priced hotel would be hard to find. Drive-in free parking with access to your vehichle, within walking distance of Broadway, better than basic with clean and adequately spacious rooms at a reasonable rate is available. Its a real bargain, if you watch your booking dates, because higher rate dates can quickly diminish this hotel's attractiveness. I wish they had frequent guest incentives!

Great location, free parking! Great place close to Time Square. We walked everywhere. The deli next door is very friendly. Great for a low cost breakfast. We always drive to NY and with the free parking and ease of getting there, we will stay there again. The room was very small but we don't go to NY to stay in our room.

For a weekend in NY Great place to stay if you don't want to be int he middle of it all but close by. Easy access to and from the Lincoln Tunnel and you can't beat free parking in NYC. Great staff, nice room.
