Central, comfortable rest stop... The Love sculpture on Park Avenue just outside the 59th St station was a nice surprise!

Great Location, Pity about the Rooms If you haven't been to New York before, try using the open-top tour busses to get aquainted with the city. They offer a hop-on and off service to most of the major attractions and the guides which we had were very knowledgable. Some of them were also real characters (especially John from Brooklyn!) The "all tours" tickets are well priced and we even got ours at BOGOF rates. If you like shopping, try the Woodbury Common tour.

Good place to stay The location is great! The room was a bit small, but: everyday clean towels, comfortable bed and fine location if you want to explore the city. Traveler's tip on shopping Nike Town!

New York's Thirty Thirty Hotel By far the best deal in Manhattan. From the time I got there until the time I left it was a wonderful experience. Room was just right for the price & very clean, there was a bar in the lobby & hotel staff were polite & accomodating. I would definately stay here again & recommend it highly. Thank you Expedia & Thirty Thirty

Be careful the view of the hotel that you can see on the web site is absolutely not the true view. The hotel entrance is very small and there is no restaurant and no bar. The rooms are very very small. The people at the front desk are not kind and nearly

Don't take the petit room! The hotel is located in a very interesting area and at the beginning I was happily surprised by the "good" price for my single room (during the week). Once there I was even more surprised, but this time not happy. The room is really small (10msq), with a small single bed and the bathroom was really old and in doubtfull conditions. What was really surprising was the sink, as big as a salad bawl, and the mirror, even smaller than the sink. The funny part was i could shower while "doing everything" else...and when i say everything i mean everything. The hotel looked really good but the choice of a "good price" room did not payed off. Better a few blocks away than this.

Worst hotel in my life! I can tell you, please not to stay this hotel. Forget about it. The room is dirty, not well maintained. Without notice, they suddenly started the changing the carpet of every hall! So terrible smell came into the room, and so noisy. They do not salute politely, even say hello every time. How can you recommend this hotel??? I never come back again! Traveler's tip Do not trust other’s reviews.

Room was very small but clean and sheets were fresh and crisp white which was important to us. Location was very good and central and easy access to anywhere we wanted to go.
