Location. The Time Hotel in New York, N.Y., is located one half block from Broadway shows. The hotel is less than three blocks from Fifth Avenue shops, Rockefeller Center and the Winter Garden Theater. The property is seven blocks from Manhattan's Times Square. Hotel Features. Built in 1926, this New York hotel offers minimalist urban design with large glass elevators leading to the reception area on the second floor. The all white lobby includes leather chairs with bursts of color from pink flowers. The hotel staff wears all black. The The Time's restaurant serves Italian cuisine and the Inc. Lounge provides cocktails. The hotel includes a large fish tank. The fitness center is open 24 hours and includes a 42 inch LCD television. Guestrooms. The Adam Tihany designed guestrooms feature tall, quilted headboards, bedspreads and artwork in red, blue or yellow. Guestrooms are equipped with cable television, high speed Internet access and Bose Wave radios. Complimentary weekday newspapers are delivered to the guestrooms. Room service is available. Bathrooms include bathrobes and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. Minibars are included in all accommodations. Expert Tip. While Broadway is only one half block from the Time Hotel, shows are even closer that that. O'Neill Theatre, adjacent to the hotel, is a New York landmark and discount seats are available through the concierge.

    Great ultra hip hotel. The rooms are small but the beds are sooo comfortable. We spent most of our time exploring the city so the size of the room was not a problem. If your on a weekend getaway The Time is nice.

    Stayed Here with a friend for a week over labor day in 2003. Clean,no frills, seemed to cater to the gay crowd. Had a hassle checking in-we booked on travelocity-and they had a problem "finding" our reservation. very small room for two people, luckily, the location was great and we didn't spend much time in the room. Might be ok for a single traveler not recommended for a family.

    +Design stuff, nice entrance (glass lift) -Rooms toooooo small, cannot place your suitcase and clothes anywhere

    I loved that it was in Time Sqaure. That made everything in walking distance, or a 2 min cab drive away. The people there were very friendly to us while there. Will visit again!!

    The Time hotel may be in the pricy end, but it is definitely worth the stay if you're in for treat. I'd definitely stay there again...

    Great hotel in perfect location for all the sights A good modern hotel situated in the heart of theatreland and close to all the sights. Clean and bright rooms and helpfull staff.

    I'm so glad I discovered the time hotel! Who knew such a cool hotel existed in Midtown?!!!. The rooms were really cool and modern, but also really functionnal...they had everything I needed to work out of my room...fax, copier, high speed...But best of all, the bed was out of this world comfortable! You'd never think that a modern design could be so relaxing. They even offer a soothing scent that matches the room color. Also, the crowd at the bar was fabulous! Can't believe I got all this for such a deal...can't wait to be back.

    perfect place to stay in new york city My sister and I went for a weekend in November. The Time Hotel location was perfect. Central to everything we planned to do. Lots of walking and shopping, hop on-hop off bus tour, and broadway shows. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and pleasant, especially the doorman. I'd go back {hopefully in the spring}.

    This concierge has the best attitude in the entire hotel. Has alot of knowledge of the city and what is going on. I highly recommend this hotel.
