They gave me the wrong address when booking. They had no idea of parking facilities which they had described at booking. There was no control over the heating or air conditioning.

My sister and I just wanted a place to crash after a day of shopping in the city. The hotel is priced cheap and you will get what you pay for. The room had a full sized bed, a tv and a sink. You share a toilet and shower on the floor you stay on. We stayed on the 9th floor and could actually see Times Square from our room. Love that it is a cheap priced hotel on the same block as Time Square. If you don't mind the amenities, and just need a place to "crash," then this is it!

college age/budget group This was my second stay at the hotel. It is a great improvement from the first time. The front desk was run a lot better than my last trip. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, and the internet worked. This is a great value hotel and the location couldn't be better. Please note that it is an older hotel in NYC so the rooms are a lot smaller than what you normally see. This hotel is great for college kids or anybody on a budget. Not the most kid friendly environment though, mainly not a lot to do. All in all good value choice.

I'm a 22 year old gril from Austria and I stayed with my friend at this hotel 2 months ago. The room was very small - but who cares... The main reason to choose this hotel is the GREAT location. Besides the price-performance-ratio is at its best.
