Excellent location We enjoyed our stay in Franklin very much. It is simply so conveniently located to everything! The room we got was very tiny, we had to be creative to put our luggage in places where we won’t have to walk over all the time. Sink was in a "closet" in the room, separated from bathroom. However the room was in very good condition and very clean. The A/C was very noisy when it runs (some sort of vibrating noise), you have to literately turn up the TV to compensate it. But overall it was nice and reasonably priced for where it is and what it offers. Oh I didn’t find fruits at breakfast as it was described here. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks I bought CityPass as someone suggested here, and it was a really good deal as well as very convenient. If it is your first time going to NYC, you won’t regret getting it.

From the first greeting at the door, my stay was warm, personable, and quiet. Business takes me to New York a couple of times a year and I stay there every time.

Great Experience Well located hotel(one block) from subway. We were warned about smallness of rooms and it misn true. We upgraded to larger size and while still very small, as long as you stick to Queen bed instead of King it is fine. Loved the wine and cheese hour and free breakfast and free coffee all day. Traveler's tip on dining Nicola’s two blocks away is awesome. Isabella’s on Central park West is good and resonable.

Excellent Tiny Hotel Excellent hotel in Upper East side, close to the Subway, Met, and lots of interesting restaurants. Will definetely stay again. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, employees and service. A great find in Upper East Side. Small room with many amenities and very comfortable bed and pillows. Traveler's tip on local attractions Subway just a block away, need your java, Starbucks around the corner, good priced Deli also a few steps away. Dining out, great Italian Restaurant in the corner. This Hotel will make you feel like you are a local.
