The Edison Hotel

Had a blast! We were kind of worried about this hotel after reading some very mixed reviews,but were very happy to find that our stay was wonderful! The rooms were small just like anything else in NYC, but very clean and plenty of room for us girls! The bathroom was modern and clean, as well. We didn’t stay in the room for long--only to sleep, but we loved our stay! Traveler's tip on dining Very close to Carmine’s Italian family-style! LOVE IT! Need to call for reservations!

Way too Small Hotel was in prime location but, had the feel of a college dorm room. Way too small!!! I fell out of my desk chair onto my bed twice. As soon as you step out of bed, you are in the bathroom. I know NY is expensive but, you definitely dont' get your money's worth here!

not satisfied The worst part was the bed linens. They looked like they were the original ones when the hotel first opened! They were gross!!!!!

Close proximity to Broadway and TImes Square worth it being an older,smaller hotel. Eat at deli's which are everywhere and offer less expensive,fast,grilled to order food on a budget.The subway is easy to figure out once you know uptown from downtown.I never felt unsafe.

Close proximity to Broadway and TImes Square worth it being an older,smaller hotel. older hotel with very small bathrooms and tight quarters. even on 12th floor street noise could be heard loudly all night.however great location to everything from shows to transportation to sight seeing musts.drink prices in bar were high.
