A great find! Having stayed at many New York hotels over the last 7 years, this hotel really impressed: - the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and responsive; - the room was clean, light and comfortable; - the bathroom was spacious with a double bath and a separate shower cubicle (fabulous in a city where you're lucky to get even a short bath); and, - the location si central for shopping etc without the traffic noise of many thru-streets. Will I be returning? You bet!

Why stay anywhere else when you can enjoy the perfection of the Bryant Park Hotel? It's swanky and cool with zero attitude. It's a place to "see and be seen" so don't miss the celebs that are walking in with you at check-in! They even had my favorite restaurant in LA, KOI...you can't get better than that! Sip fabulous drinks at the hotel's infamous bar. You will not want to leave, I know I didn't. That's why I booked this hotel for my second trip to NY!

From the moment we showed up at 7:30 a.m. for a "that day's" reservation and were promptly given a room...to storing our bags at checkout, coming back later that afternoon and being asked if we would like to freshen up while they got us a cab...our experience was super. The hotel is convenient to everything,5th Ave. shopping, great restaurants, theater, and the subway. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom was modern and roomy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We have found our hotel in NYC.

Staff was courteous and professional, but not overly friendly. The room was large by NYC standards, and while some features were great... The large and excellent bathroom had one of the best hotel sho

Overrated We enjoyed our stay. The Bryant is clean etc. My major concern is that it was rated as a four-star hotel. This is not accurate at all. The reception area is very small with no chairs; the guest service person is the same person as the receptionist; the advertised lounge is not a lounge but a noise night club. Change the rating to 2 1/2 or 3 at the most.

Bryant Park Hotel is a great find We stayed in one of the king suites overlooking Bryant Park. The room was spotlessly clean, very large, with comfortable furniture in the sitting room. The bathroom was larger than my first apartment! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would stay again without hesitation.
