In a departure from the minimalist styling that has dominated Manhattan's hospitality scene in recent years, the décor at The Blakely offers a luxurious compilation of texture and color that exudes warmth and a high level of comfort. The Blakely New York offers fine amenities to accommodate every guest needs and pleasure such as: a flat screen TV; CD/DVD Player; complimentary WI FI internet access in all guest rooms and public space. The Blakely New york offers luxerious down bedding with linen duvet and pillow top mattresses instead of the Premium bedding. Complimentary Penhaligons toiletries are also included in all guestrooms. I stay at the Blakely 3 times a year for business. The location is great! Close to everything! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are soooo comfortable! The staff is generous and accomodating. If this hotel is in your price range DO NOT consider another hotel! Just book your room at the Blakely and enjoy!

Very good service from all staff. The room was large and having the a microwave, crokery and kettle was very good. Location was ideal for all sightseeing and for good restaurants. The hotels restaurant was very good value and the food outstanding. Ideal place for someone on a first visit.

The location of the Blakely was great. It was clean and a very quaint hotel. The service was wonderful. The staff was always helpful. There was a lot of contruction going on in the back of the hotel and they started at 5am everyday. The staff tried to switch our room but couldn't, so they compensated us instead. The rooms are large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our teens liked the fact that there was a labtop for use in the lobby!

Traveling with 4 kids requires booking two rooms. My husband and I had a great end room w/ handicap access (not nec for us but loved the extra space it gave esp in the bathroom) and the kids room was spacious. All clean. Great location. Only bummer was we were street facing and it was incredibly noisy. Couldn't move us with adjacent rooms so we stuck it out. Staff was on top of everything - even when the painters decided to paint the hallway at 9 pm - they kicked them out once we complained.Restaurant was tasty but $330 for the 6 of us - seemed a tad steep.

The Blakely was a great choice for our first visit to NY, if you are looking for a small hotel. The location is great, and it is a nice, quiet, clean hotel within walking distance of Times Sq, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, 5th Ave and the subway.

Perfect location. Was there for only 4 days on business and walked to Times Square in record timing. My one bedroom suite was beautiful and i liked the mattress so much i wrote down what kind it was and will be purchasing so i can get the kind of sleep i need. Johnathan and Francisco at the front desk were very kind and were always around to greet me. Central Park is a stones throw away. THIS WAS A VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY HOTEL......Even on my last day when it rained they had umbrellas available to keep me dry.

My family has stayed in this hotel a total of 3 times. We enjoy the location. Your are near Central Park and close walk to Radio City. Great eating places nearby. Rooms are nice. We like having the microwave and fridge available. Also jacuzzi is great after long walks in the city. Staff is very attentive.
