This Hotel is in a GREAT Location it's about a block from Times Square. Terrific Deli choices (The Dunhill & Then Cranberry) conviently located directly beside the Hotel. It was moderately clean nad the service was acceptable. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping is very careful not to throw away belongings. I recommend it.

After reading a couple of the reviews I was very hesitant to stay there. The rooms are small but clean and the bathroom was renovated. It has a great location for the price. It's not a fancy hotel so if your looking for luxuries go somewhere else. I recommeded for price and location.

but that is about it. renovated rooms are already shabby. no safe deposit box - not in the room or behind the main desk. messages are not given. NO cribs. towels big enough to wash your face. NO help or willingness to help with luggage................

Our family stayed here-- it's right next to Times Square within walking distance of anything midtown. Unlike other experiences, the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. We had two adequate rooms at a price that allowed us to spend a bit more on meals and parking, which was not included. At the end of a long day, our daughters were still delighted to walk around the corner and spend some time in the lights of Broadway and browse some music at Virgin's superstore.

We loved the location and the price. Yes, it was under remodeling, but it did not affect us at all. We were here in February of '06. FOr the price, service and location, we would stay here again. We are planning another trip to New York and we are definetly staying here.

This hotel is a very good selection for those travelers with limited budget but that wish a good location and respect very much his privacy. Without having special luxuries, this hotel has comfortable and clean rooms and an insuperable location, only two blocks from time square. Definitively a look deserves if you are searching a hotel in one of the most expensive cities of the world in accomodations.

Location was good, but... Location of the hotel, the cost of staying, surrounding facilities were good. The size of the room and lobby also was satisfactory. The elevator was sucks but can be tolerable considering cheap price. But there were bugs in mattress and room was unclean. still itching... There was no hot pot, refrigerator, drier and safety box.
