Hotel was nice- staff was not. I've never seen such an unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The price isn't worth the hassel

I would definately stay at this Hotel again. It was very clean, employees were very friendly and very close to so many things. The price was very affordable. I have stayed in NYC many times and due to the high cost of hotels, it makes it hard to enjoy the so many things to do all around. With the savings on this hotel, we were able to do more then we have on past stays in NYC. I hope the prices stay as they are and don't rise like most others do. The more affordable, the more patrons, and in the long run, the more advertising by word of mouth.

This was a school trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this budget hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bell Captain was particularly helpful. Rooms were clean and showers excellent. Handy for Times Square.

pros: roomy, price, locationDon't let the facade fool you. It's an older building and the hallways are a bit dark, and it's not the "W" ambiance. However, the rooms are better than most hotels and have been refurbished. Everything looks and...

While it is a three "block" walk to Times Square, this hotel offers large rooms, an indoor pool (with limited hours), and is quite serviceable. With a little planning, we walked everywhere, and felt safe doing so. The staff not only pointed out the ...

This is the best place to stay in the City. Location is great; within walking distance from the subway, Broadway, and Rockafeller Center. The room I was in was very large, especially for NYC standards. The price was great. An excellent place!
